Payment and Deposits:
All orders must be paid in full prior to the fulfillment date. For orders exceeding $1,000, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Larger events may necessitate an additional deposit, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the fulfillment date to avoid any fees. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Please note that once the order has been fulfilled and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. For any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve them.
