Mana- What?

Manoushe (the singular) and Manakish (plural) are more than just Lebanese flatbreads—they're a taste of tradition, topped with za'atar, cheese, labneh (strained yogurt), or fresh veggies. Whether served flat or rolled, they’ve got a way of making any moment feel like home.


In Lebanon, manoushe isn’t just a meal, it’s a ritual. You might find yourself grabbing one for breakfast, or maybe it’s 4 AM and you’re seeking comfort after a long night. Either way, you won’t have to search far—manoushe is everywhere. Every street, every corner, at any time of day.

The Saj

Saj is a traditional Lebanese dome-shaped griddle used to bake thin flatbreads. The bread is cooked quickly on its hot surface, creating a deliciously soft yet slightly crispy texture. It’s perfect for wrapping up a variety of toppings like za'atar, cheese, veggies, or meat, making saj-baked bread a versatile and beloved part of Lebanese street food culture. Whether you’re after a light snack or a hearty meal, a fresh saj wrap always hits the spot!

The Flour Power Twist

We take traditional recipes and add our own twist, blending vibrant colours and flavours inspired by our travels and the amazing people we’ve met along the way!


We offer classic toppings like za’atar, za’atar with cheese, and za’atar with labneh. But we’ve also created unique combos like za’atar with beetroot hummus, eggplant with labneh (a customer favourite!), and sweet potato with pesto—all topped with fresh, local veggies.
